Barta Gandharva is a young songstress who plays the sarangi, sings and composes her own music. She is currently studying at the Music Nepal Sangeet Vidhyalaya in Kathmandu on scholarship.

Dilmaya Lama came to Kathmandu from Sindhupalchowk in search of a job more than 20 years ago. She found work picking and selling recyclable waste and raised her children in the vicinity of the Kathmandu waste transfer station in Teku. Her children are now grown and work at the same waste transfer station, along with her grandchildren.

Students at the Jeeval Kalyan Kendra, a school for mentally and physically challenged children, are of varying abilities. One of the biggest challenges they face is the lack of expertise to diagnose their conditions. All children, whether they have down syndrome or whether they are just deaf, are brought here with the belief that they are 'abnormal' and left to learn the ABCDs. Some are adults now, but have nowhere else to go.

6 | Hannah:

Can anybody tell me who Inspector Basundhara Khadka is? What does the title Inspector mean?

7 | State_of_funk:

For maximum Nepali experience, pronounce inspector as IN-ES-PEC-TTUR.

I presume she is a police inspector. The rank of police inspector is probably equivalent to that of sergeant in American system. But check more reliable sources for more accurate information.

i am agreed to see the miss nepal of nayantra.
If Country needs a real Miss Nepal then, this beauty pageant will have to be in every district. Each district should have their representative. Then only we will find a reality show of Miss Nepal.
Now a day what we see is only dramatic.
