recorder,
can you also provide us a more interesting /informative introduction for ram kumari jhankri if you have the time? thanks. now@samudaya.org
is Sudarshan Ghimire you mentioned above of saraswati campus?
Ram Kumari Jhankari is a student activist affiliated to All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU, or Akhil), student mass organisation of the CPN (UML). She is a secretaire member, or a core group member.
Ram Kumari Jhankari has been active in the movement for the last ten years.
Her face became famous when the police brutally beat her head with lathis and left her bleeding in 2003. This picture was leading visual in newspapers/magazines.
Again she was back on the street and beaten again.
The picture of Ram Kumari bleeding became a rallying point for student rage against the royalist regime well before the takeover in February 2005.
These were the students who pushed the republican and constituent assembly agenda on the overground.
Hope this suffices as information.
ha, thanks.
if you folks have seen the documentary “aandolan jaari chha,” you’ll see ram kumari bleeding her head out.
can’t understand! would like to go for a date with you, honey
She is a pretty girl too with a feisty attitude. Its quite a turn on when she gets all heated in debate!

Democracy for you! ha ha!
It’s the best form except for any other.
Democracy means dhowen kwashi. This is in Newari.
Pasa,
damn right democracy as important as anyone’s kwashi
She seems to be committed to the cause. But i don’t know how effective wil she be in reality will be seen in time.
KE CHA AL_DADA
There seems to be some confusion about the ‘New Nepal’ concept. This concept was put forward by Comrade Prachanda in 2003 and not by the howling bourgeois parties as seen as present.
